The presentation of this home is crisp and clean, with manicured lawns and classical details. The addition of a pool, gym, loggia, and game room lend a sense of play to the formal demeanor. Wood paneling and shiplap ceilings are elevated from the casual with a sophisticated color palette and beautifully detailed moldings. The enclosed game porch is flooded with light. A new pool is set on a delineated lawn and three fountains line up at the axis point for a relaxing flow of water. The accessory building houses a pool bathroom and mechanical systems. The gym is hand-framed and radiused with a copper roof and includes a cupola and checkerboard grass. The elegant materials used throughout support the home’s classic demeanor.

A double height curved stairway travels up to a sun-filled balcony landing with the transition between floors marked by inset molding for a subtle indication of height.
