A charming new beach house in the north end of Palm Beach makes maximum use of a small footprint. The relaxed aesthetic is achieved through wild, natural landscaping and Florida Coquina steps revealing the brain coral embedded in them for color and movement. What was originally envisioned as an outdoor space was instead made into a game room with a comfy seating area and ping pong table that doubles as a dining table. The beamed ceiling that would have covered an outdoor area was instead brought inside to erase the distinction between outdoors and in.

Pecky cypress walls in the living room, meticulously cut shiplap ceilings, and casual indoor/outdoor spaces give the home its laid-back vibe.
