This Spanish Mediterranean-style home is situated in the Estate section of Palm Beach, where opulent mansions are the norm. Our clients were looking for something a bit different — a colorful, exuberant home that embraced classical detailing but offset its formality with more casual materials such as shiplap ceilings and expansive windows and doors. Unusual details include a hidden wine wall and bar and a bedroom television flush to the wall which pulls out and hides the wiring. The lush landscaping and hardscaping settle the home in with its neighbors while projecting a modern, lively demeanor.
