Part renovation, part new build, this older house first needed the floors lifted to adhere to FEMA flood elevation levels. This complicated procedure required that we build on a completely level plane and line up each material with exacting accuracy. We added a new Euro-edge pool, driveway, fountains, and landscaping. A final challenge was a lift in the garage for a sports car. Working within the constraints of the garage structure required an inventive design. We moved the existing beams, added beautiful hurricane impact doors with inflatable sections to keep them airtight, and a lift that fit in the tight space. This project is a stunning example of creative problem-solving.

The clean, geometric lines of the interiors are the epitome of modern comfortable living.

The modern staircase with custom-made stainless-steel railings is an example of perfectly aligned workmanship.
